Role Description:

We are looking for a forward-thinking individual to join our growing team and take on the role of Accounting Bookkeeper. As an agile company, we value each of our employees and are offering a flexible approach to the role with hybrid working and hours to suit a range of circumstances. The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:

Skills required:

• Previous experience using SAGE accounting software
• Strong understanding and previous experience in bookkeeping role
• A keen attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Duties Include:

• Raising proforma invoices & sales Invoices in SAGE accounts software
• Raising purchase orders & posting purchase invoices into SAGE
• Adding/managing supplier and customer records
• Reconciling supplier statements to invoices
• Sending customer statements
• Preparing supplier payment run
• Cash collection (credit control – sales)
• Posting bank transactions to SAGE
• Bank account reconciliation
